Shipping and Ordering Information: All of our products are handmade to order. Due an existing backlog, wait times for all of our products is approximately 8-12 weeks. Please be aware of our finish times before placing your order. All finish times are estimates (READ: MAY TAKE LONGER THAN STATED) and vary due to workload, complexity, parts availability, time of year, etc. Special order items will require additional time.
We will refund an order in full within 1 week of placement. After that all orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. We do not refund special order items or custom made items. No exceptions. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us and we will try our best to accomodate but cannot guarantee a shipping date. Until further notice we are suspending rush orders. Also please bear in mind that shipping has slowed considerably (related to Covid and other issues) so this may add additional time above and beyond our turnaround schedule. For our international customers we now offer two shipping options, Express Mail and Priority Mail. Express Mail (EMS) offers tracking, insurance, and quick 3-5 business day delivery to most parts of the World. Priority Mail is a less expensive option that offers tracking (depending on country), insurance, and 7-10 business day delivery to most major overseas locations. Covid-19 shipping restrictions may affect delivery times for both services. If you find the Express Mail or Priority Mail services too expensive, please contact us. We are happy to provide you with a quote for AirMail. This might be a good option for smaller less expensive items like cables and hardware. Please keep in mind that AirMail can take 2-3 weeks to arrive and generally does not provide tracking or insurance. We can also ship FedEx for international items needing quick overnight or 2 day service or for items going to less reliable service areas.
