Shipping and Ordering Information:
All of our products are handmade to order in the USA.  Due an ongoing backlog, build times are currently running 3-4 months for most items.  Please be aware of our finish times before placing your order.
All build times are estimates (READ: MAY TAKE LONGER THAN STATED) and vary due to workload, complexity, parts availability, time of year, etc.  Special order items will require additional time.

We will refund an order in full within 1 week of placement.  After that all orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.  We do not refund special order items or custom made items.  No exceptions.  If you need your order by a specific date, contact us and we will try our best to accomodate your request but we cannot guarantee a shipping date.  Until further notice we are suspending rush orders.  If you have any questions regarding ship times, please contact us prior to placing your order.

All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

For international customers we offer two shipping options, Express Mail and Priority Mail. Express Mail (EMS) offers tracking, insurance, and quick 3-5 business day
delivery to most parts of the World.  Priority Mail is a less expensive option that offers tracking (depending on country), insurance, and 7-10 business day delivery to most major overseas locations.
